The project has a total of 250 workshops, 45 shops and two 11 storey towers suitable for office/hotel/business center. With TRIOS 2023 project, a new industrial and commercial complex with an investment value of TRL 300 million will rise in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone.
Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, who said that they designed this project in order to provide the business people, who contribute to Turkish economy by producing, with better working conditions, emphasized an important issue saying; "Our export goal for 2023 is USD 500 billion. To reach this goal, industrialists need to do business in better conditions and keep up with the innovations. Today, we realize a significant urban transformation, however, Turkish industry needs to be transformed as well."
