TRIOS 2023 HAS BEEN PUT ON THE MARKET!

TRIOS 2023 has been put on the market. TRIOS 2023, which is prepared to breathe new life into industrial complexes with its infrastructure, location and technology, has been put on the market. The project carried out by Pulsar and Kurumahmutoğlu Construction will be completed in 2017. TRIOS 2023 is rising on the parcel belonging to Dersankoop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone. Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, who spoke during the launch of the project, said: "Turkey’s economic goals for the year 2023 require modern investments in every field. TRIOS 2023 kicks off with the vision of being the pioneer of the modern and solid industrial infrastructure projects meeting the requirements of such goals". TRIOS 2023 will provide the business life with a brand new perspective with its architecture, infrastructure, location, social areas and technology.

TRIOS 2023 was designed to meet the requirements of industrialists with its 7 meter high ceilings, powerful concrete system capable of carrying 2 tons per square meter and vehicle roads that can accommodate 3 trucks next to each other. The total construction area in the project amounts to 301 thousand square meters including the first workshop block having an area of 128 thousand square meters, the second workshop block having an area of 97 thousand square meters and the tower block having an area of 76 thousand square meters. The project has a total of 250 workshops, 45 shops and two 11 storey towers suitable for office/hotel/business center. The planned total rentable/sellable area in the project will be approximately 260 thousand square meters. The ceilings at TRIOS 2023 were designed to be 7 meters high. TRIOS 2023 to rise in İkitelli, the center of both the city and industry, appears to be an attractive opportunity for investors thanks to its accessibility and increasing investments in transportation infrastructure.
