The ceilings will be 7 meters in height and trucks will climb up to the roof!

Ceiling height will be 7 meters in TRIOS 2023 project realized in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone with a cost of TRL 350 million and trucks will park on the roof of the buildings. Offices on the floors will be accessible by special vehicles. TRIOS 2023 planned in line with the goals associated with the 100th anniversary of The Republic of Turkey aims at constructing the factory buildings and offices of the future with an investment of TRL 350 million to be realized in Istanbul İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone. An industrial complex composed of factory buildings, offices and a shopping center is constructed jointly by Pulsar Construction and Kurumahmutoğlu Construction on a parcel of 62.500 square meters owned by Leather Industrialists Cooperative Dersankoop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone. TRIOS 2023 is composed of three separate blocks. Two of these blocks include workshops and shops and the third one includes a shopping center and towers. The total construction area in the project amounts to 301 thousand square meters including the first workshop block having an area of 128 thousand square meters, the second workshop block having an area of 97 thousand square meters and the tower block having an area of 76 thousand square meters.

There are 250 workshops, 45 shops and 2 11 storey towers that can be used for office, hotel and business center purposes. Total rentable/sellable area in the project will be approximately 260 thousand square meters. Ceiling height in factory areas included in the project reach 7 meters and roads that will allow trucks to climb up to roofs of the buildings have been designed. Each square meter of the area of the buildings was planned so as to carry 2 tons of weight and the sizes of production areas range from 500 square meters to 14 thousand square meters on a single floor. 600 trucks of excavated earth per day! Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, who pointed out that they realize such a project to build the future Turkey and to take part in industrial transformation, said that the project will provide the investors with a hundred per cent gain within 3 years. Bektaş, who reported that prices per square meter starts from TRL 2.800, provided the following information: "The project offers attractive opportunities with this price range. We made agreements with the banks and we provide loan facilities. Investors and industrialists particularly from Bayrampaşa region are buying. We have an outstanding sales performance. Excavation continues and we carry 600 trucks of excavated earth per day. We will lay the foundation in August. We promised to complete the construction in 36 months, however, we plan to complete it in 24 months". A truck park is constructed. Sami Bektaş said that TRIOS 2023 will be one of the most contemporary industrial and commercial complexes not only in Turkey but also in the world.
