Pulsar Construction, Kurumahmutoğlu Construction and Dersankoop will unite their powers to materialize a mixed project in the parcel belonging to Dersankoop in İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone. The project will rise under the name TRIOS and include three separate blocks. Two of the blocks include workshops and shops and the third one includes a shopping center and towers.
The 500 square meter commercial units with 14 shops on each floor are about to be put on the market. Sami Bektaş, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Pulsar Construction, said "Designed to meet the requirements of industrialists with its 7 meter high ceilings, powerful concrete system capable of carrying 2 tons per square meter and vehicle roads that can accommodate 3 trucks next to each other, TRIOS 2023 will be talk of the town".
